Danny Chan is the Managing Director of Alexander Hunt International and leads its senior exec­ut­ive search prac­tice. He has spent twenty-three years in exec­ut­ive search across Hong Kong, main­land China, Singapore and the wider Asia-Pacific region, focus­ing on C-suite and senior lead­er­ship appoint­ments in tech­no­logy, inter­net, finan­cial services and digital assets. His clients have included Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 compan­ies, private-equity-backed busi­nesses and high-growth ventures.

Danny's current work sits at the inter­sec­tion of exec­ut­ive search and Asia market entry. He helps tech­no­logy, finan­cial and growth compan­ies estab­lish or expand in Hong Kong, the Greater Bay Area and wider Asia-Pacific — advising on lead­er­ship struc­ture, market talent, compens­a­tion and relev­ant busi­ness ecosys­tems, then build­ing the senior team required to execute the strategy.

He also developed Alexander Hunt's propri­et­ary research meth­od­o­logy, combin­ing market intel­li­gence with AI-assisted talent analyt­ics to deliver deeper market mapping and faster execu­tion while keeping every search confid­en­tial and consult­ant-led. He is Convenor and Executive President of IHCDC, the advis­ory board on human capital and tech­no­logy convened by the firm.
